Call center software in the UAE for COD order confirmation

For confirmation teams, couriers and e-commerce operators in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah — and their Kuwait and Qatar operations: predictive dialing, call recording, language-based routing, tied to shipping.

Confirmation in the Gulf: multilingual and address-heavy

Cash on delivery remains common for marketplace and social-commerce orders in the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar, even as card payments grow. A confirmation call protects the courier from a wasted trip — and in the Gulf, much of that call is about the address: building name, tower, flat number, nearest landmark, and a time window when the customer will be home or at the office.

Customers speak Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and more. A single confirmation queue with random assignment means many calls land on an agent who cannot help that customer. Routing matters as much as dialing.

Route by language, emirate and merchant

Speedliv organizes agents into teams — by language, emirate or country, merchant portfolio or shift — and distributes work and callbacks to the right team. An English-speaking customer in Dubai Marina, an Arabic-speaking customer in Al Ain, a Kuwait City customer: each reaches a suitable agent. Callbacks ("call me after 7pm") return to the same team at the agreed time.

    • Teams by language, country or merchant
    • Call Agent role with controlled status changes
    • Per-country telephony configuration (UAE +971, Kuwait +965, Qatar +974)

Predictive dialer: agents only hear customers who answered

The dialer launches several calls in parallel — for example up to 20 at once, depending on configuration — and bridges an agent only when a customer picks up. No-answers are logged automatically for retry, invalid numbers are detected and classified (UAE mobiles start +971 5x; Kuwait and Qatar numbers are 8 digits), and all dialing and ringing time stays on the dialer side.

Agent flow: press "Start work", a customer is already on the line; confirm, press "Next", the next order is already connected. Less idle time, more confirmations per agent, faster dispatch — and often a smaller team for the same volume. Model it with your own numbers in the illustrative calculator on our main call-center page.

Call recording software for quality and disputes

Every confirmation call can be recorded and linked to the order and the agent. Supervisors review cancellations, check that address details were captured, coach agents and settle disputes with merchants or couriers using the actual call. The UAE personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and equivalent rules in Kuwait and Qatar call for transparency: tell customers calls may be recorded and set a retention policy with your legal advisor.

    Weekends, peaks and Ramadan

The UAE runs a Monday–Friday week with Saturday–Sunday weekend, while Kuwait and Qatar keep Friday–Saturday. Sale seasons such as White Friday, Ramadan and Eid change both volume and the hours customers answer. Team schedules and dialer ratios can be tuned per team so each market is staffed for its own rhythm.
